This template is to be used to list a book link with author and description.

In addition to the parameters below, the following parameters are loaded from the book page and may be overridden as necessary by specifying a value for them: <kbd>author, authprefix, description, linktitle</kbd>. See {{tl|Lore Book}} for documentation.

|2|optional|The title of the book as shown on the page. If you would like the displayed title to be different than the name of the link, use this parameter; otherwise, <tt>title</tt> will be used.
|qty|optional|The number of books in the location. If specified, adds "''qty'' × " before the link.
|ns_base|optional|Namespace for the book page (optional, by default uses SUBJECTSPACE).
